Desire A. Sessions is the CEO and Founder of Desire Consulting, a Black-Owned communications firm that began in 2019.  This consulting firm specializes in helping clients reach diverse consumers through culturally relevant marketing, targeted messaging, and creative design.  

Over the last 10 years, she has developed a keen eye for social media strategy, public relations and brand development. Her primary focus is advising, providing culturally relevant information and different perspectives to clients. 

Besides her Diversity & Inclusivity training at Cornell University, Desire holds dual Master’s Degrees in Sociology and Human Services. This training allows her to help business owners create digital experiences that bring their brands to the forefront as it relates to BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) inclusivity. 

Desire also works as a Public Relations Liaison for a large Public Housing Agency in New Haven County. She has assisted in the agency receiving nationally recognized awards such the All-America City Awards in 2022.
